Coming home after heart surgery was somewhat rougher than you anticipated, correct? Every tiny bump in the street sent a little bite of discomfort through the chest, and you were probably angry at the person driving, thinking they were hitting the bumps just to hurt you. That was most likely not the case, but it just felt that way. Well, it’s time to get clear on the journey you have to face ahead of you. The initial six weeks after heart surgery are a little hard. However, eventually you will start to feel a lot better.
