While studying marketing and advertising, Michael's fascination with communication grew when he saw that the stickiness of a message would determine how well an audience would remember the advertisement but there seemed to be no method his professors used to adapt the message. He began to study communication and human behavior, which eventually led him to begin researching various communication models.
