Great Salt Lake Wellness is committed to providing excellent, evidence-based treatments for a range of psychological issues and challenges. Our clinic provides a healing environment that offers traditional Psychotherapy, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, Yoga for Mental Health, Group Experiences, Women’s Circles, Reiki, Consulting, and other wellness offerings.

Psychotherapy Services:

Traditional individual therapy for adults, teens and kids. Modalities include: EMDR, IFS, ACT, CBT, DBT, CPT, PE, Mindfulness.

Relationship therapy

Group therapy: Mindfulness/Yoga Womens Group, DBT group, Body Image Group Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy- Individual sessions and group sessions.
