Kennedy has the advantage of having experience in brokerage management, appraisals, new home sales, property management, commercial and residential leasing, multi-family development, as well as sales and leasing of commercial and residential properties. In addition to his real estate activities, he used to publish Eastside Business and Bellevue Business Journal newspapers, is the current publisher of BellevueBusinessJournal.com and the founder of Eastside Entrepreneurs, a local business networking group with over 2,200 members.
