The workouts change daily so you never get bored! Our certified trainers will be with you every step of the way to motivate you to reach your fitness goals. Come in and get your first workout free and see how you can get fit 9 rounds at a time! And remember...NO CLASS TIMES!!! A new round starts every 3 minutes!
